We believe that the success of partnerships depends on the breadth of involvement within the partner departments. Therefore we recruit internal Emergency Department staff to engage in our partnership and potentially join deployments alongside experienced volunteers to contribute to partnership activities, and gain an introduction to a global perspective of emergency care.
